T-RackS 3 is not only a mastering standalone tool, but comes with the singles to use for your mixing purposes!
I have created a video here to show you guys thepower behind the T-RackS 3 singles.
I’ve made the beat, mixed it using the IK Multimedia T-RackS 3 Singles, and then mastered it!
You guys may be able to really pick up some good tips in this video!(Sorry for the delay and lag in the video!)
Again as I was saying in the video, if you do not end up getting T-RackS 3 Standard or Deluxe, I’D REALLY LOOK INTO GETTING THE CLASSIC COMPRESSOR AT LEAST. I really like how loud and powerful it makes my music.
The brickwall limiter I’m also a big fan of, cause when the peaks pass the ceiling, you can barely hear it most of the time!! (Hard to find in a limiter!)
This multiband compressor really allows me to bring the THICK THUMP out of my kicks. Just wait until the “How To Make Your Own Sound Packs” video where I will be using the multiband limiter/compressor to really beef up my home made kicks!
The metering is awesome too (which is now free!). A really big fan of how they’ve jam-packed everything in the meter, YET IT’S NOT CROWDED! Everything you need to judge your mix and master is inside that meter! Again, if you get one of the T-RackS 3 versions, you get it included! All about savings and discounts 
Here’s just something to think about before you leave:
I used to always use the FL Studio plugins, which for the most part are awesome! Except, after getting T-RackS 3 and comparing the compressor to FL Studio’s, and the T-RackS 3 Brickwall Limiter to FL Studio’s, I was blown away with how much louder and transparent their plugins are able to achieve!
So just something to think about. Before you buy, think over these questions:
- Am I new to mixing? If so, just learn off the FL Studio plugins! — I really like FL Studio’s Parametric EQ 2 (The visual EQ)
- Is it better just to buy a couple singles, or the T-RackS 3 Standard/Deluxe? — As I said, you save money with the Standard/Deluxe, but if you only need 1 or 2 you may save money.
- Are they really that powerful? Well, when I was doing some sound design with the “FRESH and NEW” kit, when I brought out the classic compressor and multiband limiter it boosted my volume much louder, and the clipping was not noticable!
So if you are unsure on your purchase here, just wait for this new “How To Create Your Own Sound Packs” video. I’ve tried to use a couple different compressors to make my kicks have more beef, more punch, make them louder etc. but still was not satisfied as what I was able to achieve with the Classic Compressor, and ESPECIALLY the Multiband Limiter/Compressor.

I gave T-RackS 3 as a full (plugin, standalone, and singles) a 5/5. The singles themselves are what makes T-RackS 3. The plugin is cool, but not necessary. As I said, buying Standard/Deluxe just saves you money, and the plugin is cool. I personally used it to master my new CD “The Light To My Dark”.
