So this is my adjustable keyboard. This has helped me SO much in organization. Before my desk was all cluttered and kinda left me feelin stressed. My piano keyboard and typing keyboard were on the desk together, my Korg PadKontrol on the left side of my desk, and it left me having to stretch to get my mouse. After mixing for an hour or two, I’d realize I was in that position for a couple hours and kinda be sore/stiff for a bit.
But now my desk is so open allowing me to focus on my music, and being able to lean back while I type, make music, or even research stuff on the internet. It allows you to lean back more, rather than leaning forward hunched style. The best way I can describe it is the computer is at you, rather than you are at the computer.

This thing has really made my sitting way more comfortable. I used to have a shoulder problem of it always clicking, or if I’d bench press it would really hurt. This has honestly helped in that area cause I don’t have to always stretch for my mouse. I sit back, relax, soak up information, and really enjoy making music with it.
